2022 Topps Chrome Mcdonalds Hobby

The 2022 Topps Chrome McDonald’s All American Basketball Hobby Box marks the return of the partnership between Topps and the McDonald’s All American Games. The release focuses on elite men’s and women’s high-school basketball prospects who participated in the 2022 East and West All American rosters, giving collectors early chromium cards of players before their college and professional careers developed.

Each Hobby Box contains 80 cards and delivers two Chrome autographs. The 100-card base checklist is supported by a large Refractor rainbow, including the Hobby-exclusive McDonald’s All American Games Logo parallel, Gold Refractors and Orange Basketball Refractors. Additional numbered parallels extend down to scarce Red Refractors and one-of-one SuperFractors.

Because this is a prospect-driven release rather than an NBA-licensed product, the cards show players in McDonald’s All American uniforms instead of NBA team uniforms. Its primary appeal is the opportunity to collect early cards and autographs of future college, NBA and WNBA talent at a comparatively inexpensive Hobby-box price.
