The 2022–23 Topps Finest Overtime Elite Hobby Box brings the flashy chrome look of Topps Finest to Overtime Elite’s young basketball prospects. The checklist focuses on emerging players from the OTE program, giving collectors early cards and autographs of athletes before they become established college or professional stars.
