DEEZ CARDS — SMS MARKETING TERMS

Program description

Deez Cards Sports Cards & Memorabilia offers an optional SMS marketing program featuring product arrivals, store events, promotions, and loyalty program updates, including Deez Dollars offers.
 

Enrollment and consent

By expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Deez Cards at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology.
 

Consent is not a condition of purchasing products or services. Providing a phone number for a purchase, receipt, giveaway entry, or prize notification does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional texts.
 

You must own the number provided or be authorized to enroll it. Please notify us if you change or relinquish that number.

Message frequency
 

You may receive up to four promotional messages per month. Subscription confirmations, unsubscribe confirmations, and responses to your requests may be additional.
 

Fees
 

Deez Cards does not charge a subscription fee for this program. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier with questions about these charges.
 

Unsubscribing
 

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing messages. You may also request removal by emailing team@deezcards.com and identifying the phone number you want removed.
